I’ve always believed work should mean something more.

Early in my career, I was ambitious, driven, and chasing all the traditional definitions of success. But over time, I started asking harder questions about impact, purpose, and the kind of leader I wanted to be. That journey led me to make bold changes, take some adventure filled career breaks, and ultimately carve a path that aligned with my values.

Today, I bring my life experiences, challenges and successes into the room and with those that feel the same pull. The people who want to lead with purpose, drive meaningful change, and create a future that’s more sustainable, more human, more impactful and more inspired than it was before.

This work isn’t just my career. It’s deeply personal. It’s about helping people reconnect with what matters most to them and giving them the clarity and confidence to lead from that place.
